With the loosening of restrictions, we are now starting to book Annual Physical Examination, vaccines and elective surgeries! (Spay, neuters and dentals etc.) Please email us at [email protected] if your pet is in need of any of these services. We kindly ask to be patient during this time, as we already have a backlog of between 2 to 3 weeks of appointments and surgeries. We are doing our best to get to all of you, however, this will take time to get through this backlog during this busy time of year.
Arriving for Appointments:
Until further notice, we will not be letting clients into the building. Please arrive 5-10min early for your appointment and call the clinic (613-834-8252) so we can get a detailed history over the phone. Please be patient as we have a higher influx of calls, if we don’t pick up right away, we do have a doorbell. One of our staff will come out to greet you and take your pet into the building. As the winter season is coming Dr. Singh will call you to do a consultation over the phone while you wait in your vehicle. All payments will be done over the phone along with booking follow up appointments, then we will return your pet to you.
Please ensure that your dogs are secured on a leash and your cat is secured in a carrier.
Food Purchases and Prescriptions:
Please call ahead to reserve and pre-pay for your products. Due to availability and shipping delays from our suppliers, we are limiting food purchases to 1 bag and/or 1 case of the type of food per family per week. We also cannot guarantee delivery times.
We will be making exceptions for euthanasia appointments. We will allow 1 person into the clinic with a mask and hand sanitizer, provided the above-mentioned precautions have been met.
All payments will be made over the phone and any products will be available for curbside pick up.
